Villa TSL is built for big groups who want to stay in one place: several families on holiday together, a family reunion, or a group of friends marking a birthday or a hen weekend in the South of France. Everyone sleeps in a real bed, and there is space to spread out when people want time to themselves.

Villa TSL is in Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a medieval hill village above the French Riviera between Nice and Cannes. It is 30 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 25 minutes from the beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer and 35 minutes from Cannes, without traffic.
Yes, and that is what it does best. The garden-level studio has its own front door, kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room, and the master suite takes up the whole top floor. Everyone is together, but there are places to retreat to.
Yes, for groups who want to stay together and celebrate in a relaxed way, with the pool, tennis, long dinners on the terrace and an optional catered meal or wine tasting. Villa TSL is a place for your group to stay, not a venue for parties or outside events.
Plenty without leaving the house: the infinity pool, the tennis court, long lunches on the terrace, and a private chef or a wine tasting at the villa if you want one. Nearby there are the villages of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Gourdon and Vence, hiking trails a 10 minute walk away, beaches about 25 minutes away and Cannes about 35 minutes away.
Nice airport is about 30 minutes by car. Uber comes right to the door, and for a group we can recommend a trusted local driver for the airport run and for days out.
Yes. A catered dinner or a private wine tasting at the villa can be arranged on request. Mention it when you get in touch.
