Villa TSL is just outside Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a medieval hilltop village in the hills behind Nice, on the French Riviera. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is about 35 minutes by car, the beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer about 25 minutes and Grasse about 15 minutes, without traffic.
Up to 18 guests, and everyone has a proper room. There are 7 bedrooms, one of them in the self-contained studio, plus a library with a sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have a third single bed. Nobody sleeps on a sofa in a shared living area.
Four bathrooms or shower rooms, plus two separate WCs.
Yes, that is what it does best. Everyone is under one roof, with places to retreat to. The master suite has the whole top floor, and the garden-level studio has its own front door, kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room.
A 14 x 5 metre infinity pool looking over the valley, a full-size tennis court and over 3 acres of gardens and olive trees. There are several outdoor dining areas, so you can eat in the sun or in the shade.
Yes, every bedroom and living space has air conditioning.

Uber comes right to the door. For airport transfers from Nice or days out along the coast, we can recommend a trusted local driver for you to book directly.
Yes. We know some excellent local chefs who will come to the villa and cook for your group, from a relaxed family dinner to a long lunch on the terrace. We will put you in touch and you book with them directly.
Yes. We can introduce you to local wine experts who will bring a private tasting to the villa, with the valley as the backdrop.
Yes. The local hiking trails start about a 10 minute walk from the house.
Tourrettes-sur-Loup is on the doorstep. Gourdon, perched on the clifftop above the villa, Le Bar-sur-Loup and the historic town of Vence are all close by. Saint-Paul-de-Vence is about 15 km away, and Valbonne, Biot and Mougins are an easy drive.
By road, Vence is about 12 km away, Gourdon 14 km, Valbonne 15 km, Mougins 20 km and Antibes 30 km. Without traffic, Nice airport is about 30 minutes by car, Cannes about 35 minutes and Grasse about 15 minutes.
No. Villa TSL is a home for groups and families to stay in, not a venue for parties or outside events. We are happy to help with a special dinner for your own group, such as a private chef or a wine tasting.
